We will leave the city of Cusco (3,399 meters above sea level) early in the morning, heading south through the Andean highlands. The journey will take us through stunning landscapes filled with valleys, rivers, and traditional villages. Along the way, we will observe local communities preserving their ancient customs and traditions. Our first stop will be in Cusipata (3,310 meters above sea level), where we will enjoy a delicious Andean breakfast.
After breakfast, we will continue towards Santa Lucia, a small Andean town surrounded by breathtaking mountains. From here, we will start our scenic drive to the Qanchis ethnic group territory. Home to ancient traditions and unique cultural heritage. We will witness how these communities maintain their ancestral way of life, blending Inca and pre-Inca influences.
